Welding processes include GMAW, GMAW-Pulse and FCW. Our certifications include procerus & personnel qualified per ASME Section IX.
Shearing capabilities include carbon, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals with gauges up to 13 feet in length. Carbon steel up to 1/4 inches thick and 13 feet in length. Stainless steel up to 3/16inches thick and 10 feet in length.
Band saw capabilities include up to 13 inches diameter in pipe size, 19 inches in flat bar and 45 degree cuts up to 12 inches diameter.
CNC plasma table for carbon or stainless steel with a table capacity of 72 inches by 144 inches up to 1/ inch thick.
Plate rolling up to ¼ inch thick and 10 feet in length and 3/8 inches thick and 6 feet in length.
